One person had to be taken to an Iowa City hospital for serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Dubuque. Police say the crash happened about 4pm in the southbound lanes of Locust Street near Highway 20. According to reports, one of the drivers was initially taken to a Dubuque hospital, and later transferred to University of Iowa Hospital. Officials did not report any other injuries. Police say the names of those involved in the crash will be released on Friday.
