The Holy Family Board of Education in Dubuque has decided to reduce its facility sites down to three campuses. At its board meeting Tuesday, officials adopted a proposal to transition Holy Ghost and St. Anthony English Kindergarten thru 5th grade students to Resurrection and St. Columbkille starting next school year. The board said, as part of their plan, Holy Ghost will continue to serve Dubuque’s north-end thru its childcare services. St. Anthony elementary will stay open as a Spanish immersion-only elementary campus. The board said that it determined moving toward a three-elementary school footprint paves the best path forward for the continuation of Holy Family Catholic Schools.
