Police say a man from Dubuque was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Dubuque. 49 year old Kevin Williams was taken to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Police say Williams was traveling east on 17th Street Friday afternoon just after 2pm with a green light when a vehicle driven north on White Street by 54 year old Jean Link of Dubuque entered the intersection against a red light, striking Williams’ vehicle. Link was cited with failure to respond to a red light.
