Authorities say a Dubuque man faces drug charges following a traffic stop early Sunday morning in East Dubuque. 23 year old Jeremy Rohner was arrested at around 2:30am in the area of Sinsinawa and Wisconsin avenues on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Jo Daviess County warrant.
