City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th, and Wednesday, December 25th, for the Christmas holiday and on December 31st, and January 1st, for the New Year holiday. This includes City Hall and other City offices and facilities. There is no change to City curbside collection of trash and recycling on December 24th. Curbside collection for Christmas Day will instead be made on December 28th. There is also no change to curbside collections on New Year’s Eve Day, Tuesday December 31st. Curbside collection for New Year’s Day will instead be made on January 4th. The Jule Transit will not operate on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
