Dubuque Police arrested 54 year old Vincent Logrande Jr. of Highland Park, Ill., at about 11:30 p.m. Monday at the Diamond Jo Casino, on charges of two counts of assault and public intoxication. Reports say Logrande assaulted 61 year old Anthony Chelf and 53 year old Jeffery Lange, both employees of the Diamond Jo Casino.
