An Iowa-based veteran’s organization is holding a forum and debate at the Five Flags Center Saturday. The Veterans National Recovery Center has announced the Veterans Moment of Truth – a free event that will feature an open forum with Presidential candidates invited to attend. A release from the organization says there will also be a debate among the candidates to represent Iowa in the US Senate. Doors for the event open at 8:30 Saturday morning at the Five Flags Center in Dubuque. The Veterans National Recovery Center says this is the only veterans-exclusive event prior to the February 3rd Iowa caucuses.
