Authorities are investigating a stabbing in Dubuque. Police responded to a gas station on Loras Boulevard just after 10pm Monday night for a report of a person with a laceration to his chest. 22 year old Austin Litka of Dubuque was taken to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Reports say that Litka told authorities that a person he knew came to his residence and charged at him in his yard. During the altercation, the person pulled out a knife and slashed at Litka, causing the laceration. Police say the person was not located and Litka was not being cooperative with the investigation.
