Dubuque authorities placed a woman from Dyersville under arrest for drugs on Tuesday. Police arrested 40 year old Kristin Weldin of Dyersville around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
