Dubuque County authorities arrested 30 year old Derrick Dean of Zwingle at about 12:05 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging domestic assault with strangulation and child endangerment. Reports say that Dean assaulted 28 year old Krystin Cady at their residence Friday in the presence of their 4-year-old daughter.
