Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 45 year old Jeremy Sanders Sunday night at his residence on charges of domestic assault with strangulation and domestic assault with injury. Police say Sanders assaulted 47 year old Sonya Vondran of Dubuque.
