East Dubuque Man Arrested For Possession of Cocaine and Ecstasy

45 year old Kendall Thomas of East Dubuque was arrested by Dubuque Police Wednesday on charges of possession of crack cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
