The Iowa Department of Public Health says two more people have died from the coronavirus, bringing the total to nine in the state. The latest fatalities are adults over age 80 in Polk and Washington counties. The agency is also reporting 52 more positive cases of COVID-19 for a new state tally of 549. Health officials say there have been more than 73-hundred negative tests. There now are 22 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Dubuque County, four in Jones County, two in Clayton County and one in Jackson County.
