State health officials are reporting another 66 confirmed COVID-19 cases, increasing the total in Iowa to 614. The Iowa Department of Public Health also said there are two more coronavirus-related deaths and a total of 11 fatalities in the state, including one in Dubuque County. There are 22 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Dubuque County.
