COVID-19 Update For Monday Morning April 27

The Iowa Department of Health was notified of 384 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Iowa, including an additional 10 cases in Dubuque County. Six more people with COVID-19 in Iowa have died, bringing the statewide total to 118. Iowa now has a total of 5,476 positive cases and Dubuque County has 80. The new cases in Dubuque County were six adults, three middle-aged adults, and one older adult.   An additional case was added to Clayton County’s total, increasing it to 12. Delaware County remains at four cases, Jones County at 18 and Jackson County at five. In Illinois, Jo Daviess County’s total number of confirmed cases remains at 11. Positive cases identified in Iowa and Dubuque County are expected to continue to increase as more testing is completed.
