Sentencing has been handed down for a Dubuque man who previously pled guilty to charges connected to an overdose death. Reports show 33-year-old Marcus Long was given 3 years in federal prison and a year of supervised release. An investigation led officials to arrest Long for being the person who sold heroin to 2 people in Cedar Rapids last April. One of those people died from an overdose. Long pled guilty to using a communications facility to commit a felony drug crime.
