Three Dubuque County residents confirmed to have COVID-19 have died. Thirteen county residents with COVID-19 were hospitalized as of Wednesday. With four more cases in a 24-hour span, the county also now stands at 300 confirmed cases. No new cases have been reported in Allamakee, Clayton, Delaware, Jackson, and Jones County. Allamakee County has had 116 cases. Jones County 34 cases, 30 confirmed cases in Clayton County, 12 in Delaware County, and Jackson County has reported 8 cases. Jo Daviess County is reporting 2 new cases, bringing its total to 25.
