Demonstrators Gather In Cedar Rapids

Hundreds of people marched through downtown Cedar Rapids Sunday afternoon, protesting police brutality in the United States. They made stops at the Linn County Courthouse and the police station.The demonstrators gathered outside of the Paramount Theatre around 1:30 p.m. As their numbers grew, they carried over into the streets; however, officers helped control traffic around them. No reports of protests in Dubuque.
