Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Bernard Jones of Dubuque early Wednesday near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Westridge Drive on a charge of domestic assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. A report says that Jones assaulted 35 year old Nina Buchanan of Dubuque while holding a knife.
