There might have been a spike in COVID-19 cases in Delaware County. There were five more cases recorded Wednesday, putting the county’s total at 25 cases. Dubuque County has reported 371 cases, Allamakee County 121, Jones County 38. Clayton County 34, and Jackson County 14. In Northwest Illinois, Jo Daviess County still has 33 cases.
