A 20-year-old East Dubuque man has received his 2nd sentence for his role in a tri-state area drug ring. According to reports, Devin Keller-Schueler entered a plea deal recently in Jo Daviess County Court. He pled guilty to unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. Additional charges, including unlawful cannabis trafficking and unlawful possession of a firearm, were dismissed as part of the plea deal. Keller-Schueler was sentenced to 90 days home confinement, two years of conditional discharge, and put on electronic monitoring. He previously pled guilty in a Dubuque County Court to counts of using minors in the drug trade and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He was given a 10-year suspended prison sentence and sentenced to 5 years of probation in Dubuque County. Officials reported finding 14 pounds of marijuana in Keller-Schueler’s home as part of an investigation into the distribution of drugs using juveniles and sales to high school students.
