Traffic on the south side of Dubuque was slowed down for roughly an hour Tuesday evening. According to Dubuque Police reports, a vertical lift fell off a trailer about 4:45 near Twin Valley Drive on Highway 151. Police say that a dump truck was hauling the trailer. When the truck turned onto the highway from Twin Valley Drive, the machinery fell off the trailer. No injuries were reported with the crash on Tuesday. Crews spent about an hour at the scene clearing the wreckage.
