Dubuque Woman Hurt In Crash

A 20-year-old Dubuque woman received minor injuries after rolling her vehicle Wednesday morning. Dubuque Police report Yasmine Bullock was driving about 10am along Pennsylvania Avenue when she struck a parked car. Bullock over-corrected, causing her vehicle to roll-over and coming to rest on its top. She was cited with failure to maintain control of her vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Police say the car Bullock hit was legally parked and unoccupied at the time of the crash.
