Dubuque Police arrested 27 year old Marvin Brantley of Dubuque on Tuesday near the intersection of Jackson and East 21st Streets on warrants charging three counts of domestic assault-third or subsequent offense. Reports say Brantley repeatedly assaulted his girlfriend, 27 year old Marquittia Whitehead, at their residence.
