Illinois Man Arrested At Q Casino

Dubuque Police arrested 35 year old Anthony Thor of Worth, Illinois early Tuesday at Q Casino and Hotel on charges of assault with injury and public intoxication. A report says Thor assaulted 43 year old Joshua Conley, a security staff member at the casino.
