Dubuque Police are investigating a Thursday night shooting on the city’s north side. Authorities responded to the 2300 block of Central Avenue around 10:40 p.m. for reports of a man with a gunshot wound in the leg. He was taken to UnityPoint Health – Finley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
