Arrest Made After Camera Footage Captures Road Rage Incident

Dubuque police say a man faces charges following a road-rage incident. 56 year old David Schetgen was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging first-degree burglary and false reports to law enforcement. A report says that Schetgen was involved in a road-rage incident at about 3pm August 11th on the off-ramp to Kerper Boulevard from U.S. Highway 61/151. Traffic camera footage showed Schetgen’s vehicle following a northbound vehicle driven by 24 year old Antonio Moreno-Sayago of Hazel Green, when both take the ramp and stop at the red light at the intersection with Kerper. Camera footage shows Schetgen exited his vehicle and approached Moreno-Sayago, who was inside his vehicle. Shetgen opened the driver’s side door, and grabbed Moreno-Sayago and punched him in the face. Moreno-Sayago exited his vehicle and tried to speak with Schetgen, who again punched him in the face.
