A Dubuque-based trucking company is reporting the theft of a semi-tractor trailer valued at over $130,000. Hirschbach Motor Lines reported the theft of a Freightliner Cascadia semi on Tuesday. According to Dubuque police, an employee resigned and has not returned the semi.
