Authorities with the Dubuque County Sheriff’s department arrested 60 year old Kenneth Gibbs of North Buena Vista Tuesday evening in Holy Cross on charges of assault with injury, public intoxication and obstruction of emergency communication. A report says that Gibbs assaulted 27 year old Patricia Gaul of Epworth.
