Heritage Trail Bridge Replacement: Trail Closure

Officials with the Dubuque County Conservation Board have announced that part of the Heritage Trail will be closed. According to a release, the closure will start Monday (10/12) and work will begin to replace bridge number 2. That bridge on Heritage Trail is between Rupp Hollow and Clay Hill Roads.
