Dubuque County authorities arrested 38 year old Daniel Arlen of Dyersville on Monday evening on charges of domestic assault, child endangerment and possession of marijuana. A report says that Arlen assaulted 33 year old Samantha Arlen in the presence of a 3-year-old child.
