Dubuque Man Arrested For Possessing And Selling Drugs

A man from Dubuque was arrested after authorities executed a search warrant at his home. 38 year old Marshall Mosby is charged with three counts of possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Members of the Dubuque Drug Task Force and police executed a search warrant at Mosby’s apartment Monday afternoon and found about $20,000 worth of heroin, $6,000 worth of cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana. Reports say that Mosby admitted to selling the drugs from his apartment.
