Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Umeka Lewis Tuesday at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center on a warrant charging interference with official acts causing bodily injury. Reports say that Dubuque police officer Nicole Blum was injured while placing Lewis in a squad vehicle on October 5th.
