In Iowa, Dubuque County reported an additional 103 cases of COVID-19 Thursday. Delaware County reported another 21 new cases and three additional deaths. Jackson and Clayton counties both had 16 new cases reported Thursday.
In Wisconsin, Grant County reported 45 new cases Thursday plus one additional death, bringing the county’s total to 12 deaths. Lafayette County had 15 new cases; Iowa County, five; and Crawford County, four.
In Illinois, Jo Daviess County reported 20 new cases Thursday.
