Dubuque Police arrested 23 year old Ronald Brimmer of Dubuque Wednesday on a warrant charging domestic assault with injury and a pretrial supervision violation. Reports state that Brimmer assaulted 22 year old Courtney Johnson of Dubuque on Friday.
