Dubuque Police arrested 21 year old Joshua Gardner of Dubuque on Tuesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging domestic assault. Reports say that Gardner assaulted 20 year old Madisyn Bennett of Peosta on November 12th.
