Possession of Drugs and Other Charges For Dubuque Man

Dubuque police made a drug arrest Monday when they arrested 25 year old Matthew Flanagan of Dubuque on charges of unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while barred.
