Several Charges For Dubuque Man For November Assault

A man from Dubuque was arrested Saturday night on several charges. 25 year old Brady Vigen was arrested on a charge of drug possession, third or subsequent offense, and a warrant charging domestic assault with injury, first-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of contempt and obstruction of emergency communication. Reports say that Vigen assaulted 23 year old Rebecca Fossum of Dubuque on November 18th.
