Two Vehicle Crash In Dubuque Injures One Person

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday in Dubuque. 66 year old Denise Parrett of Dubuque was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment. Dubuque police say the crash happened at about 12:40 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of White and East Fifth streets. According to police, Parrett was a passenger in a vehicle driven 65 year old Michael Ryan of Dubuque, which was traveling on White Street and collided with a vehicle driven east by 59 year old Trudy Smith of Roscoe, Illinois. Smith had driven through a stop sign and was cited with failure to obey a stop sign.
