West Delaware Community School District officials will find out in March if they’ll be able to move ahead with facility upgrades. A $20-million dollar bond measure for the Manchester area schools is scheduled for a special election on March 2nd. If the spending plan is approved, funds will to towards remodeling, repairing and improving the West Delaware High School, Middle School and the Lambert Elementary School. Under state law, in order to pass the measure, at least 60-percent of the votes must be in favor of it.
