Charges Dismissed Against Woman Accused of Stabbing

Charges have been dismissed for a 67 year old Dubuque woman who allegedly tried to stab her fiance. Prosecutors recently requested that the charges against Kathryn Green be dismissed, saying Green “has been diagnosed with medical conditions that deem her incapable of criminal intent.”
