Dubuque Teen Arrested For Drug Possession

Dubuque Police arrested 18 year old Sairah Ruh of Dubuque Monday in the area of East 28th and White streets on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as a Jo Daviess County warrant charging failure to appear in court.
