Dubuque police arrested 29 year old Cory Tigges of Dubuque on Sunday near the intersection of University Avenue and Nevada Street on a charge of domestic assault. Reports say Tigges assaulted his girlfriend, 40 year old Kimberly Stonehocker of Dubuque.
