Dubuque Police Trying To Identify Man In Altercation

Dubuque police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person who authorities said was involved in a physical altercation.  Police released a photo of a man they are trying to identify. Authorities said the man is believed to have been involved in a physical altercation that took place at about 1:50 a.m. Sunday at 1st and Main streets.  Anyone with information is asked to submit it to city of dubuque.org or call 563-589-4415.
