Dubuque County Man Injured In One Vehicle Crash

A medical issue is believed to be the reason for a single-vehicle crash in Dubuque County that seriously injured an Epworth man. Authorities say 48-year-old Michael Koch was driving east on Highway 20 near Farley around 3p Tuesday. He reportedly suffered an unknown medical issue that caused his vehicle to enter the ditch and strike a culvert. Koch was taken to Mercy One Dubuque Medical Center for treatment.
