Rural Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 42 year old Daniel Schumacher, of rural Dubuque Sunday at his residence on a charge of domestic assault. Reports say Schumacher assaulted Heather Schumacher at the couple’s address.
