Still No Information on Death Of 20 Year Old Dubuque Woman

Dubuque police on Tuesday declined to release additional information about a woman found dead last week. Police announced last week that they were investigating the death of 20 year old Kylie Duster of Dubuque. Duster was found dead at a residence on July 28th.  Police had responded to the residence to conduct a welfare check. However, officials did not release any additional details about Duster’s death, and they declined to do so again on Tuesday. Duster’s family had reported online that she had been missing since July 25th.
