Dubuque Teen Arrested Again For Sexual Abuse

A Dubuque teenager is accused of sexually abusing an intoxicated woman in Dubuque. 17 year old Davon Cornwell of Dubuque was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging one count of second-degree sexual abuse and one count of third-degree sexual abuse. Reports say that Cornwell and multiple juveniles sexually assaulted an intoxicated woman in May at a Dubuque residence. The incident is the second recent crime for which Cornwell is being charged as an adult. He also is charged with willful injury causing serious injury and trafficking in stolen weapons for allegedly shooting 17 year old Alexander Carman on July 26th  as well as for allegedly having a stolen gun when he was arrested by police.
