Local organizations are planning events this week as part of National POW-MIA Recognition Day. The Dubuque American Legion Post #6 will hold a ceremony Friday (9/17) evening at 6:30p at the post’s club-house on Delhi Street. According to a release, the event is open to the public. The American Legion will honor tri-state veterans who’ve been declared missing in action. Refreshments will follow the ceremony.
