A Dubuque teen faces numerous charges after authorities said he was involved in a Cedar Rapids shooting last month. 18 year old Timothy Christmas was charged in Iowa District Court of Linn County with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, two counts of felon in possession of a firearm, use of a dangerous weapon, two counts of persons ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, possession of marijuana and interference with official acts causing bodily injury. A report says that Christmas fired a handgun into a vehicle on August 26th in Cedar Rapids. Three people were in the vehicle, although there is no report if anyone was injured. Two witnesses identified Christmas as the shooter.
